Looking for a safe and exciting way to celebrate Halloween with your family? Come to our annual Trunk or Treat event on Sunday, October 27th, at our Williamsburg and Newport News locations! Kids are invited to wear their favorite costumes to Kidswalk, where they'll learn about living in truth and love. After service, enjoy creatively decorated trunks, games, and plenty of candy!
Your kids are in for a treat this Halloween! During our Kidswalk service on October 27th, children can wear their favorite costumes and join us for a special lesson on living in truth and love. Guided by the "Spirit of truth" (John 16:13), we'll explore how the Holy Spirit leads us into all truth, offering insight and direction in our lives. It's the only Spirit we'll follow!
After our Sunday service, the celebration continues in the parking lot! Stroll through rows of creatively decorated car trunks, each offering candy and smiles. It's a safe and fun way for your kids to enjoy Halloween festivities. Whether you're a member or a first-time visitor, everyone is welcome to join in the fun!
Want to take your Trunk or Treat experience to the next level? Go ALL IN by decorating your car and handing out candy! It's a fantastic way to engage with the community and bring joy to the children.
How to Participate:
• RSVP by October 20th: Sign up online to reserve your spot.
• Plan Your Decorations: Get creative with family-friendly themes.
• Prepare the Treats: Bring enough candy for about 120 children for two services or 60 for one.
• Arrive Early: Come 1 hour before service (8:00 AM for Kingsway and Norge, 9:00 AM for Newport News) for our Team Rally and to set up.
• Share the Fun: Be ready 10 minutes after service to pass out candy and enjoy the festivities.
