Everything students, parents, youth leaders, and groups need to know before CrossWalk Youth Conference 2026. Find the weekend schedule, location, registration information, meals, and other practical details below.
Friday, November 13: check-in begins at 6:00pm, auditorium doors open at 6:40pm, Session 1 begins at 7:00pm, Late Night begins at 9:00pm at Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex, and Late Night ends at 10:30pm. Saturday, November 14: breakfast begins at 9:00am, Session 2 at 10:00am, lunch at 12:00pm, Session 3 at 1:00pm, afternoon break and activities begin at 2:00pm, dinner at 5:00pm, Session 4 at 6:30pm, the After Party at 8:30pm, and conference concludes at 9:30pm.
Youth Conference is for middle and high school students. Youth pastors, youth leaders, adult chaperones, and visiting youth groups are welcome to attend as well.
Check-in begins Friday, November 13 at 6:00pm, with the opening session beginning at 7:00pm. Conference concludes Saturday, November 14 at 9:30pm after the After Party.
Youth Conference is hosted at CrossWalk Church — Norge, 7575 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Friday Late Night will take place at Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex.
Youth Conference officially concludes Saturday night at 9:30pm. Students and groups are always welcome to join CrossWalk Church for Sunday services, but Sunday is not part of the official 2026 conference schedule.

Registration includes the full conference experience with four main sessions, Friday Late Night, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the Saturday After Party. Lodging and transportation to Williamsburg are not included.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday are included and served onsite. Any additional snack or food details for Late Night and the After Party will be communicated to registered students and groups.
