All middle and high school students, Youth pastors, Youth leaders, and youth groups are all welcome!
Check-in begins Friday, November 14th at 6:00pm. The opening session starts at 7:00pm. Conference ends Saturday, November 15th at 9:30pm (at the close of our final session). There isa BONUS SESSION on Sunday morning at CrossWalk Church.
Conference is hosted by CrossWalk Church and located on site at the Norge location in Williamsburg, VA. (7575 Richmond Road, Williamsburg VA, 23188)
We welcome any groups to attend Conference Sunday on November 16th at CrossWalk Church - Norge Location at 9:00am and 11:00am. This is the same location that the conference will be hosted all weekend. Our Sunday morning service will feature the conference worship team and guest speaker.

Pricing for CrossWalk Youth Conference varies depending on when you register and if you are registering as an individual or with a group.
Registration will be open until Wednesday November 1st. After this date, registration will be closed and you will not be able to register at the door. Visit youthconference.cc
Yes, early registration is $79 for an individual and $69 if you register a group of 10 people or more. This rate expires on October 4th. After October 4th, the registration price will be $89 for an individual and $79 for a group of 10 people or more. Visit youthconference.cc
Yes. All youth pastors, leaders, and adult chaperones must register online prior to the conference. The rate for youth leaders is $49 per pastor/leader until October 4th. After October4th, the youth leader registration will be $59 per pastor/leader. Visit youthconference.cc
Yes, tickets will be available for Saturday only, upon request. However, we encourage everyone to get the full experience of the conference. The single-day registration price for Saturday is $59 for an individual and $49 for a group of 10 people or more.

The registration fee covers: your admission for the full conference experience with 4Conference Sessions, Late Night Parties on Friday and Saturday night, and three meals onSaturday. It does not include transportation or lodging.
*For Youth who attend CrossWalk Church, transportation for activities/service project is included in registration fee. See bottom of page for transportation information!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday is included in your registration. A snack will be provided during the Late Night Parties on Friday and Saturday. Youth are welcome to bring additional food to eat during breaks; however no one will be permitted to leave the conference to purchase food accept during the afternoon break on Saturday.
*For Youth who attend CrossWalk Church, there is no afternoon break on Saturday because we will be doing a Service Project.

You may pick up your wristband starting at 6:00pm on Friday, November 10th at Check-in. We recommend coming early to avoid the lines.
No. You will only need to send one adult representative (preferably the group leader/pastor) to check-in your group.
Yes. Every young person attending Youth Conference will need to be dropped off on Friday night, Saturday morning and Sunday morning (Sunday is optional). Every student will need to be picked up Friday Night, Saturday Night and after church on Sunday (Sunday is optional).
Throughout the duration of the weekend for any activities/service projects, our CrossWalk Youth will be transported with vans and buses.
