Looking back over this past year, our heart is full of fond gratitude for the open hand that so many in our church have for the things of God.
Although this year brought challenge & loss, God was faithful each step of the way and we saw increase and miracles take place.
It is such a tremendous joy to pastor this amazing church. We are so expectant for what's in store for 2024!

Went public with their faith through Water Baptism.
• Total Salvations: 253
• Total Baptisms: 107
• 100% response to salvation appeals in Kidswalk
• Launched Saturday Morning Prayer
• Launched Monthly Encounter Nights
• 9% total attendance increase
• Had 83 people graduated from GrowthWalk
• Started Wednesday night Connect Groups at the church every week
• Hosted our first Men’s Weekend!
• Largest Youth Conference to date
• Largest Thrive Women’s Conference to date
• Record numbers for Young Adult service nights
• Sent 70 Youth students to Summer Camp
• Kidswalk Camp was back for the first time since COVID
• Started Kingdom Builders - Raised 3x more for missions this year than last year (5x more than 3 yrs ago)
• Raised over $140,000 for missions during our fall Miracle Offering
• Planted Four New Churches!
• Provided food for students at a local elementary school
• Winter Shelter Outreach serving up to 50+ during the winter season
• Served with PORT for the first time in Newport News and helped feed over 100 homeless people
• Purchased a 15-passenger van to bring William and Mary University students to church
• Several Kingdom Builder trips to Israel as well as Puerto Vallarta, MX to their new children's space!
• First Kingdom Builder trip to Africa - dedicated three buildings in Gulu, Kampala, and Kenya
• 25% of the cost of the Gulu Theatre was raised at Kidswalk Camp!
• Lots of other projects completed globally, locally, and future
• Bought a business to help support the mission of the church
• Upgraded the Kingsway Location with new bathroom renovations and sound and lighting in the auditorium.
As you can see, God has done so much through our church... but it's just a glimpse of all the stories he is writing!
